In 2017, LJ Hooker introduced LJX, Australia's first end-to-end real estate tech incubator. It later evolved into AVNU, launching with a direct-to-agent model, proprietary tech, and 3rd space offices. When COVID hit, AVNU pivoted to Atlas a leading luxury real estate agent, attracting Australia’s number 1 agent Michael Combs.
To build on Atlas success in Lower North Shore, LJ Hooker Group set out to transform Atlas into Australia’s leading luxury franchiser. Scaling strategically by attracting high-performing agents into 40 strong franchise businesses in unique lifestyle locations across the country.
Positioning the brand as a high-end real estate entity, appealing to a more discerning and intelligent approach to buyer and selling, we borrowed from cue’s from quite luxury. Creating a leading Real Estate network inspired by lifestyle, a place where successful agents become all they can be– An Atlas Agent.
Articulating the brands ambition as an invitation to discover the potential of your property, and the potential of your business – A World Awaits.
We identified new codes of luxury, creating and reimagining core elements of the brand int o an understated elegancy – such as the logo, mark and colour system – and reenergising the brand to elevate it from high-end to a level of sophisticationthat speaks to a vendor that buys and sells with confidence.
